Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

hebah is an internal tool operated by Cybrlestari Sdn Bhd ("we") to plan, publish and manage content on social media accounts that we operate. It is not offered to the public, and only our own staff sign in to it.

What we collect

• Our own accounts: when we connect one of our social media accounts, we store the access tokens the platform issues, encrypted, so that hebah can publish and read on that account's behalf.
• Content on our accounts: our posts, the comments and replies people leave on them, and the engagement numbers the platform reports.
• Public posts: public posts that match topics we follow, with the author's public handle, so that we can decide whether to reply.

We do not collect private messages, contact details, or any information that is not public or not on our own accounts.

How we use it

Only to publish our content, to reply to comments and public posts, and to understand how our content performs. We do not sell, rent or share this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Public posts we did not reply to: deleted after 30 days.
• Comments and engagement numbers on our own posts: kept while the post exists.
• Access tokens: deleted when we disconnect the account.

Where it is stored

On a server we operate, with access limited to our staff. Backups are kept for 14 days.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about your public handle, or to have it deleted, see data deletion or email trust@cyberlestari.com. We reply within 30 days.
